Rename Network Device (.ND) file:

  1. Under QuickBooks directory on your computer search for network device file with .ND extension, which is having the same name as your company file.
  2. Rename the file and add (old) at the end of its name.
  3. Now Restart QuickBooks application.

Reinstall the QuickBooks application:

  1. Click the Start button on your Windows computer.
  2. Select Control Panel.
  3. Click Uninstall a Program.
